Brutal Hill is our second label, born from the rugged, remote vineyard sites that are difficult—and occasionally dangerous—to farm. We believe that in life and winegrowing, there is no true beauty without struggle.
The 2023 Brutal Hill Red Blend is a unique, one-of-a-kind experience that you will only find from small, dedicated growers like us. We’ve blended Zinfandel, Sangiovese, Alicante Bouschet, Petite Sirah, Pinot Noir, and even a touch of Chardonnay. The result is a wine with a brooding, inky color and elegant flavors of blueberry and black currant, balanced by a surprising softness and lovely, light acidity.
